The staff were all incredible, and the room was beautiful with heating. Greatly enjoyed that we had central heating, TV, and a dining area. The location was best possible and great, near the airport, and the medina. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.
No negatives from this place.

Location: the hotel was not far from the maze of a city that Fes is, the medina, the Zaouia and the market, and restaurants. I had coffee at Karaouiyine Coffee, located within 15 minutes walk...

We had an incredible stay at Riad Dar Kassim. the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. the decor was beautiful, showcasing the history of the building with family pictures. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed tea on the roof terrace. the location in the lower part of Medina added adventure to our walks back, but the staff offered to meet us if we ever got lost. We appreciated their helpfulness and the authentic experience they provided. Cons: Nothing all good! 😊.

We got great value for our money at this traditional riad in the heart of the medina. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The staff, especially Hamza and Mahmoud, were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been a bit more varied and interesting.

When we arrived in Fes, Riad Dar Kassim welcomed us with open arms. Hamza, the owner, personally picked us up from the train station and gave us a wonderful tour of the city on our way to the Riad. the room was immaculate and the mint tea we received upon arrival was a delightful touch. the Riad also offered a convenient car tour of the city, which we highly recommend. Hamza went above and beyond to arrange a private tour to Chefchaouen for us, providing a luxurious car, tent, and hotel. The staff, including Mahmoud, were friendly and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 🤩.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us great recommendations and ensuring our safety during our stay. They even provided a history of the building and its restoration process. the food at the hotel was delicious, especially the main course which was one of the best we had during our trip.
The toilet in the room was quite small and the handshower was inconveniently located under the sink, making it difficult to use. navigating through the narrow and crowded streets to reach the hotel was a bit uncomfortable on our own.

We were pleasantly surprised by Riad Dar Kassim's beautiful decor and cleanliness. The staff, especially Hamza & Abdu, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The meals at the riad were the best we had in Fes. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. Finding the riad was a bit challenging at first, but the staff were always available to assist us via video call or in person. I highly recommend this hidden oasis in Fes.
